Obituary for Teddy Stewart Buttorff
Teddy Stewart Buttorff, 70, of Stewartstown passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in York Hospital. He was the husband of Susan (Boyd) Buttorff to whom he was married 51 years.
Born in Sunbury, PA he was a son of the late William G. and Mary (Cross) Buttorff. Teddy was a bricklayer all his life and was an avid admirer of classic cars especially Chevy’s, a deer and bear hunter, enjoyed camping and traveling around the US, Canada and watching old western movies.
In addition to his wife Susan, he is survived by a daughter Teresa, wife of Robert Miller and a son James Buttorff and wife Lisa all of Felton; two granddaughters Cynthia and Amber Buttorff; one great-grandchild on the way; three brothers Roger Buttorff and wife Linda Sue, Terry Buttorff and Danny Buttorff and wife Amelia.
Services will be held at a later date.
A special thanks to Cancer Care Associates of York and Nelson “Rocky” Weitkamp for all his help and care while Teddy was a patient there.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 924 N. Colonial Ave. York, PA 17403 in his name.
